Who we are…

Growing up, A Heart’s Baked Desire founder Teana Jenkins held a passion for baking. As a little girl, the kitchen was a way to express herself where freedom and safety met. As she grew older, the kitchen became her sanctuary, helping her to maintain the balance she needed throughout her life. As life began to provide situational growth, her relationship with baking grew stronger and she decided to share the love she put into her baked goods with those around her, hoping that as you bite into one of those delicious treats, it will bring you the same joy and balance it has brought her during her process. Baking has always been her passion, and through that, she also discovered her second love: helping children. Teana Received her Bachelors of Science from the illustrious Tuskegee University and is currently in a Masters of Child Life Program at the University of Laverne.
